Introduction to Meditation

Come learn how to start a meditation practice that fits with YOUR schedule. If you already meditate, join me and take your practice to the next level!

During this workshop, you will

  • experience different types of meditation
  • learn what meditation is best for you
  • plan your own practice that fits your schedule

Please bring a blanket or pillow, or feel free to use the chairs provided.
