Introduction to Meditation

Science is finally catching up to what yogis have known all along...there are countless physical, mental and emotional benefits to meditation. Meditation has been proven to:

  • control anxiety
  • ease depression 
  • reduce chronic stress
  • increase attention span

Come learn how to start a meditation practice that fits with YOUR schedule. If you already meditate, join me and take your practice to the next level!

Meditation doesn't have to take hours. During this workshop, you will experience different types of meditation, and I will show you how to choose, then create, your own meditation practice to begin the same day! 

Beginners and advanced practitioners will take away tips for personalizing a meditation practice. 

Please bring a blanket or pillow, or feel free to use the chairs provided.

Cost is $20.oo*. Space is limited so registration is required.
