Meditate Your Way Thru the Holidays

Saturday, November 19th, 10:00am to 11:30am


Love 'em or hate 'em, Holidays are stressful no matter what! Join me for 90 minutes and I will show you how to survive them in about 5 minutes day .

Meditation has been proven to:  

  • lower blood pressure
  • control anxiety
  • ease depression 
  • reduce chronic stress
  • increase focus

Meditation doesn't have to take hours. During this workshop, you will experience different types of meditation, and I will show you how to choose, then create, your own meditation practice to begin the same day! 

Beginners and advanced practitioners will take away tips for personalizing a meditation practice. 

Please bring a mat or pillow to sit on, or feel free to use the chairs provided.

Cost is $25.oo*. Space is limited so registration is required.

  • blanket or sweatshirt as temp will fluctuate
  • water bottle
